Rusty O’Nhiall was born and bred in the real Australian outback which instilled in him a respect for the land and for nature. It goes much deeper for Rusty and one only has to spend any time with him to realise his deep spiritual connection to the land is very apparent.

Under his cheeky and mischievous nature lies a deep hunger to seek out the answers for the many mysteries that our world offers. In the past 23 years he has travelled all over the world, even to some of the most remote places on the planet, in search of and documenting mysterious phenomena and the paranormal.

Rusty’s purpose is not to prove that something beyond our understanding exists; he already firmly believes it does. Instead he seeks out mysteries to learn, and he often describes it as a journey upon which he sees no end. It is a quest of personal enlightenment.

With a scientific academic background and he firmly believes in the proper presentation of “evidence” and proof”, anyone would not be blamed for thinking that he is something of a sceptic, the truth being is that Rusty believes there are things way beyond our understanding, it’s only when people present data as something other than what it is that seems to get him riled.

Rusty O’Nhiall is a seeker of stories, encounters and experiences.  He has collected hundreds of thousands of stories and personal experiences over the years and visited some of the most mysterious places on earth from the jungles of Asia to the arid deserts in the Middle East and all over his own country, Australia.

As Rusty has progressed along his “quest” he has begun to understand that in so many cases it is what lies within us, our very own consciousness: that is the real mystery.

Every Monday at 7pm EST (United States) and every Tuesday at 11am AEST (Australia) and Midnight for the United Kingdom, Rusty shares tales and introduces guests to listeners of his widely popular radio show, Mysterious and Unexplained – from tales of ghosts and haunting to legends and myths, tales of lost cities, visitors from other worlds and conspiracy theories. Rusty offers his listeners food for thought, often a different perspective on life and the world we live in.
